Harmer metal roof outlets provide comprehensive and innovative drainage solutions for all types of flat roof, including car parks, and also for low pitch industrial roofing. The range is primarily suited to new building applications, but also includes a selection of refurbishment outlets. Harmer metal roof outlets can be connected to any approved pipework material, but Harmer SML cast iron or Harmer HDPE will give optimum performance in both single pipe and collector pipe applications.

Harmer metal roof outlets are available in two ranges:

Harmer AV high capacity outlets for flat roof applications
Harmer Detail for special applications

The AV range provides a comprehensive choice of high performance outlets with circular flanges, suitable for all regular flat roofing applications with continuous membranes. Harmer AV outlets are available with spigot or screw connection, for vertical, horizontal or 45 degree discharge.

The Detail range includes outlets for applications such as balconies, gulleys and car parks, and two way outlets for use where the roof surface abuts a wall or parapet.

Harmer Insulated Outlets

The Harmer range of insulated rainwater outlets is available as an alternative to metal outlets for use where the requirement is to completely eliminate any possibility of condensation forming on the underside of the outlet due to cold bridging – most specifically in metal deck warm and inverted roof installations.

Harmer insulated outlets are based on a rigid polyurethane foam body, to which an elastomeric bitumen flange is fused for bonding to bituminous roofing membranes. Alternative flange specifications are available for bonding to PVC, EPDM, TPO and EB roofing membranes.

Insulated outlets are available in vertical spigot, horizontal spigot and graduated vertical spigot configurations. They also have an option of a thermostatically controlled heating element for ultimate control in adversely cold conditions.
